This crane is taking out sludge of coal... The sludge reaches 2 meters thick of 6 meter bottom-sea-level...

From the beginning to last month of this project, the troubleshooting can't give the best result...

In my opinion, we should make a channel to the SWI, so the sludge would not move to the suction pump of SWI...

This LCV is used to control condensate level of scrubber. It is active when high alarm on. High alarm on is at 100 mm level. While at 800, high high level on.

Turbine Rupture Disc Bursting

This is the incident of turbine outlet rupture disc bursting. It was happened when there was overpressure at the condensor. The rupture disc is installed to protect the turbine from backpressure.

PIT and FIT combination

Annubar will indicate the pressure drop of steam flow. And with the function of state pressure (PIT)and temperature, FIT convert the data to steam flow variable.

PCV

This valve is used to control the steam pressure which enter the scrubbers. The set point pressure for the inlet scrubber is 10.1 barG.

Cooling Tower

Steam condensate cooling process is conducted here. With capacity about 220 kg/s, it is totally huge cooling tower.

Annubar

This is annubar which used to measure steam flowrate range 0-150 kg/s. The range for dP 0-1500 mmH2O. The sensitivity is quite worse when in low range flowrate,0-10 kg/s. Seems i'll go to check this phenomenon.

Scrubbers

These are 4 scrubbers which used to scrub mist from steam. Steam quality increase from 98.0% to 99.8%. The performance is good, with delta P is 15 KPa.

When u cannot see the difference between steam and cloud

Can u imagine? Having refresh while steam and cloud colaborating in harmony. Here it is.

Steam 100% capacity

You can see the full capacity of steam delivered to the rock muffler. It is 220 kg/s and 10.1 barg.

Dirty condensate

After blowing,pressurizing, initially the condensate is still dirty for several minutes.

How calorimeter works.

In this case,steam is delivered through to calorimeter. Then termometer show the temperature.

Leakage at ssp assembly

When it is leak at the steam sampling point assembly, 'i think' it need to be welded. But the leakage seems usual,because there is leakage in ssp unit 1 too.

When it is popping

At 10.10,psv is popping. Big noise here. Ok,what will gonna do? Shut the valve, while the operating pressure is to decrease.
